Occasionally our bodies just need a reset. These recipes (three to make up meals for one day total) are super simple and made with less than 5 detoxifying ingredients per meal to allow the body a moment of rest from constantly digesting complicated or heavy foods. The body can’t go into detox mode with food in the digestive tract consuming all of the energy! I would also recommend avoiding snacks if the aim is to allow the body a chance to switch into detox mode. Instead opt for lots of water between (not with) meals!
